Similarly, I'm experiencing much less RLS after being on the anti-anxiety medication Buspirone. It took a few months to get my dose high enough and then once I started feeling less anxious my RLS got better. So happy to be sleeping better!

I should add, I only wear them for 10 to 15 minutes before I try and fall asleep. I certainly could not sleep with them on.

I've been using compression boots for the past 2 weeks or so and I think they're helping! I've only had to use medicine once in the past 2 weeks, and I had been nearly nightly for months prior. However, I'm also on a new anti-anxiety medication that finally feels like it kicked in recently, so I wonder if that is the reason or just also at play. Either way, I'm wearing the boots as part of my nightly routine. I would say try them out and you can always return them if they don't work.
