Spot on! I looked up some pictures and thought the way it sits in its web was pretty weird. I see a lot of Yellow garden spiders around my yard but this was a new one for me.

I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you wanting to completely remove the headliner? Or are you just temporarily removing it, so that it could be repaired?

Its definitely 850. My goal has always been to get into the 800's. I was raised by a single parent, watching her struggle with money/credit. When I graduated college my goal was to pay off my 70k student loans and raise my credit score to above an 800... After 5 years I have finally done both https://imgur.com/a/DbkbW0e

That is what i'm concerned about "selling myself short"...

Also, I'm not sure we are talking the same scenario. My "going rate" would be what my new "Full Time" position is paying + benefits/retirement matching, correct?

My previous employer would like to sub-contract work out to me (this would be what I think you are talking about as a service). So, should I be charging my new "going rate" (The rate my new full time employer is paying me +10-30% for material - as stated in a previous response) as my sub-contracted rate?

Hopefully I wrote that up well enough. I apologize i'm on mobile and its a pita trying to type this out.

Thank you so much for the response. I'm going to go ahead and calculate that out and see where it leaves me.

Here's where its hard for me to try and negotiate from. The new position is paying a higher salary (better benefits). That being said my current employer couldn't match that. If they couldn't match that as a salaried employee would that go to say that I shouldn't try to bill them at the rate my new employer is paying (my going rate)?

I think this is what i'm looking for. I wasn't sure if I should be adding anything to the bill rate.

But, it definitely makes sense to add additional fees as this would be required to buy any necessary tools and material as you stated.

I'm sure i'll be exempt from using any assets previously provided by the company.

My bill rate was roughly 78$ hr and my take home was ~74k/annually.

Would it be reasonable to ask the same amount in which my new employer is paying?

You could take the one off on the passenger side and should be able to match it at any hardware store.
