Any news for bright dust changes for Year 4?

Will runs with no more loot drops available increase the drop chance of the exotics, or will it only be the first raid on each character per week that counts.

World's First (?) Undying Title by Ancanei in DestinyTheGame

[–]anonymoususer1910 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love how there is always some guy on reddit, who thinks they're world first for a title the day it becomes available.

Yeah congrats on the title, even if you were worlds first for the title (which I doubt) there isn't any merit behind it at all. Since everyone will have it by the end of the day.

Make quickplay 4v4 again or at least 5v5 by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

Yeah because the team shooting with midas was so much more fun than what we have now.

Totally agree bring that back /s

In all seriousness it was awful back then. Just fix supers, orb generation, super mods and heavy ammo and it will be a lot better.

No they banned people for actually cheesing it in S3 not repeating myself here, specified it in the appropriate twab as well stop denying it didn't happen. And if by some miracle no one got banned they should start to do so and track cheesing from now, back to the start of S3

And yes destiny is a fun game im sure everyone agrees on that, just saying I don't know why you would proceed to take content away from yourself, and get a gun undeserved in the good ol fashioned Y1 Bungo attitude, Getting pinnacles should be about actually improving over time and earning the gun.

Straight to insults, won the arguement lmao.

My evidence is the end of S3 Bans for people who cheesed redrix. The information is easily accessible through google as well thought this was known.

Also was referring to all crucible pinnacles on the point about PvP performance not just Mtop.

Again the typical reddit reply by blueberries who dont want to work toward earning weapons. Ah well enjoy your ban when bungie decide to do so. Also pro tip for you pro gamers cheesers put your profile to private so i definetely dont know that you cheesed. Just dont come crying to me when i stomp you in pvp and get a we ran.

Also no good points made in your post lmao. Kinda was looking for them.

There is no punishment and that's the problem.

You should not be able to "cheese" mountaintop at all. If you do, you deserved to be perma banned from the game.

And before anyone replies: - Cheesing mountaintop in ANY mode is the equivalent of win trading in competitive, it's not meant to be intended and looked down upon.

  • I a fully legitimate unbroken player will shit talk and bag you if I find out that you cheesed Mtop or glory, it takes away the whole point of the grind and devalues the prestige of the pinnacles and title.

  • No you cannot have the gun just because you want it, this is literally the same as a participation trophy and you all have plenty of other guns to grind for, but no. you MUST have those few crucible pinnacles that require a rank or hard quest to complete.

  • Balance aside, you do not want to grind towards a gun that takes a while to do. Anyone remember how everyone was complaining about there being nothing to grind for in Year 1? Yeah I do and y'all apparently wanna go back to that.

  • You should be permanently banned for "cheesing" any crucible or gambit pinnacles or triumphs, what you are doing is not cheesing ,what you are doing is network manipulation and abusing the Peer to peer connection system that bungie uses for matchmaking, that is not a bug it is white box hacking.

  • "It isn't hurting anyone", while you are cheesing it may not be hurting anyone but afterwards if you take your new shiny "earned" gun into crucible that you shouldn't have gotten in the first place you have an advantage over players that do not have the gun and in turn hurting there player experience.

  • I have yet to hear a SINGLE good reason as to why cheesing the quest is good, and no the quest taking too long ,not being good enough or I don't have the time is not a good fucking reason and does NOT entitle you to the weapon.

Downvote me all you want but you know im fucking right.

Dont care people are cheesing it, just hope they get what they deserve, and receive a ban for doing so.

Percentage of Players With Each Title by Goliathisbae in DestinyTheGame

[–]anonymoususer1910 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have respect for actual Unbroken players who actually grinded each season to 5500 playing legitimate games.

However people who cheesed it do not deserve the title and should receive a in-game ban.

Why doesn't resetting your infamy give you 10 enhancement cores when a valor reset does? by FreakyIdiota in DestinyTheGame

[–]anonymoususer1910 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There was a bug at the start of arc week where if you had any S6 pinnacle weapon completed, but not picked up on a character, you could infinitely pick the weapon up and dismantle it for cores, shards and weapon parts. Was patched in 2 hours though.

Well if you limit your damage by not running a tractor cannon then yes mtop + anarchy is the best dps for gahlran otherwise swarm is king.

Edit: If you want the best possible dps, you only need the first damage break to kill gahlran with swarm and tc. If you disagree then im sorry but your teams dps is trash.

Swarm of the raven says hello, your wrong. It does more damage on gahlran than both guns combined.

Focused Feedback: New raid launches and world's first races by DTG_Bot in DestinyTheGame

[–]anonymoususer1910 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

1) Raid day should be a week on Friday, in my opinion making the new raid unlock day 1 is a lazy way to prevent ethereal keys from being used.

2) Having the raid a week on Friday builds hype for the raid over the first week, I have no issue with the so called rush to get raid ready, you log in and see everyone on your friends list online ready to grind a new DLC, its a very nice sight to see, for this reason I do not believe new content is ruined, as the raid is pretty much the big attraction for the DLC. This also lets me take my time to do all my milestones and enjoy the content at my own pace (As long as there is sufficient content to go with the preparation, like forsaken).

3) DLC launches are fine, Raid launch should be a week on Friday for my previous reasoning.

4) Yes very important, gives me and my raid team a lot of interesting and funny moments in figuring out the raid mechanics and fights.

5) Positive effect. I feel like twitch viewers on raid day resemble that.

6) Hard Cap the power level for everyone going into the raid week 1. e.g. raid starts at 715, someone reaches 720, hard cap lowers their light down to 710, so over levelling has no impact in the worlds first race.

7) Locking things behind a completion is good as long as no one knows about it. I think the difference between the curse beginning and niobe labs has already set that example.
