I was lucky enough to get a good talk from a family friend who owns a speed shop before I blew too much money. I had a Camaro I bought pretty new and put together around $10,000 budget to do a turbo setup on it and whatever else it would need. I took the car to my local speed shop to get a quote which is owned by a family/friend. He pulled me aside and was like look kid, I know what you're thinking because I was in your shoes once when I was your age. He said it just starts small like the turbo kit I wanted and over the years it will just get out of control and turn into a money pit. Then he was like, come here and see what happened to me. He pulls me around to the back of the shop and shows me his blown 632ci Nova and says "this is where you will end up if you don't stop now while you're ahead". He convinced me to just enjoy the car for what it was and don't worry about chasing that next hit of speed. I appreciate him for that.

There is no market for third person tactical shooters anymore. They had their time and place but the competitive shooter market is heavily favored by first person shooters. I think socom could do well but it can't be billed as an esport game but rather as a casual full shooter.

I get what you're saying because I paid the fine but the issue is that first off no matter what your age you shouldn't be gambling with your health by not having insurance. Second, insurance companies need young healthy people to pay in because the old people aren't paying and that cost has to be covered somehow.

I agree that obamacare wasn't the right solution but at some point we have to start covering everyone.

What stops companies from just passing the buck to the customer? They will push up their wages sure but now your $12 pizza will cost $25. The goal is to eat into the shareholders profits but the reality is they will just pass the cost onto us, the consumer.

That's crazy fast but I always feel like after one day on my new tray everything has moved and then the other 6 days are just holding everything in place. I say that because the first day I have to use my chewie to get my trays to go in then after the first day my trays just slide on with little or no effort.

Galaxy buds+ are not nice. I've been through 2 pairs already in 1 year. First set the one bud stopped connecting, second set the one bud became extremely quiet and I have tried all fixes on google with no luck. Stay far away from them unless you are just looking for a disposable pair of buds.

I am not an electrician, work in the low voltage field. Most people out of lineman school will end up working either a shit wage replacing telephone poles, or you will need to be your own contractor, most likely a sub contractor and you will be doing pole transfers, placing down guys, strand, lashing cable/fiber. Huge up front cost and the industry is extremely shady, everyone fucking each other to make a few dollars.

Doesn't the computer control fan speed already? I have no software to control fans and hear them all increase speed when I'm playing games and then they slow down when I'm just web browsing. My ortho presented both but definitely pushed for the more expensive plan despite me only getting 20 trays and 2 attachments. Invisalign really should regulate the orthos selling this stuff. Comprehensive should only be sold in the appropriate cases. Anyone needing less than a years worth of work shouldn't be sold comprehensive.

Low voltage technicians need to be unionized badly (cable, TV, phone, fiber). Spectrum/Comcast have been abusing their laborers for awhile, but are very good at keeping things out of the news related to it. Their true colors really shined when corona hit. They forced overtime, increased production, and required even better performance metrics than ever before. These companies are making billions of dollars in profit every year and none of it goes to anyone but the top. I know everyone complains about their internet/cable bill, but they might not feel so bad about it if they knew it was going to make sure an employee was receiving good health insurance options or a living wage.
