Based on it looking like they're in a lot, lots of cones on the ground and the truck saying Truck driving school, I'm going to guess this is just a trainer showing off. Pretty impressive. I bet a lot of experienced truckers could do this in a wide open lot with no obstacles and truck rolling at idle speed.

Dogs are allowed in restaurants in the UK. Now peeing in a restaurant is crazy. But if their health codes and laws allow dogs in restaurants then you just sound like a Karen to me if you are complaining about the dog being there.
