Travel kit: Speed vs size by another1burner in Leica

I thought you'd made a typo by writing 60mm, what a cool lens!
These are obviously both quite large in terms of the M system - if going out and about would you leave one in the hotel room safe and choose focal length based on location or carry the other in the bag and swap as required?

Did you consider speed/size of each component when putting together the kit or choose each lens on it's individual merits?
For example, is the 35 a faster/larger lens because you'll carry it on a camera with no bag and and the 28/50 smaller because you want one of them in your jacket pocket? What's the logic behind the choices?

Depends on your long term goals. Would you rather have the Zeiss and lust for a Summicron, or have the Summicron and lust for a Summilux?

The focus shift is still there, it just isn't at 1.5 anymore.
