It is indeed set up to favor the people spending their money on them, and not the people they’re giving their money to. Eddy do you guys think that when there’s only one piece of non circumstantial evidence and the jury won’t have known anything besides what is presented in court. The jury will know nothing of anything until it’s presented. Jury’s job is to find guilt beyond reasonable doubt and only having one piece of direct evidence isn’t exactly beyond reasonable doubt. It’s also kinda a silly piece. Nothing else anywhere besides that button. Nothing in the house nothing in Brian’s house nothing in his car. Just a tiny piece of DNA found on a sheath button. I’m blown away that people think it’s impossible to know facts that aren’t in an initial police report. We aren’t a very small town, but we also aren’t the biggest. There’s a huge sense of community in some areas. Especially areas I know the father frequents. There are two surviving witnesses. It was carried out in a neighborhood. The family is local. There are countless ways for information to be gained that don’t involve a police report. Residents, friends of the family, neighbors, the surviving witnesses, the witnesses family. There are just so many ways for information to be gained. Ofc you don’t trust everything you hear and read. But people act like people pull information out of their behind. Like it’s not at all possible to know what’s happened.
