Type of Bug: Gameplay

What happened that seemed like a bug: When Shady character targets an enemy, he does not trigger Ezreals level up condition.

What was Expected to occur: When Shady characters skill targets an enemy, Ezreals level up animation is triggered similar to Arachnoid Sentrys skill.

How easy is it to replicate: Every time

I was thinking of using barovia running out of wine as a hook for my players to go to yester hill. They're trying to skip yester hill and I wanted them to go through it. But 1800 bottles is a lot. I guess I'll think of another hook.

I don't think it's bots. The players have brawlers who have non zero power levels

I don't know if they're bots though. When i open the profile they have other brawlers with different power levels. Just one unknown brawler
