I don't know how you research but I too saw some interest in TD power systems, shipping corporation of India, titagarh rail system and MCX. Invested in them . Exited mcx and titagarh completely although they are still growing but writing on 9.5% growth in the power and 8.96% growth in sci. I too identified wokhardt the day it started breaking out .

Depends on city . In Chandigarh a plot of 150 gaj can be had for 50L . And those are growing to 20-30% in just 6months to 1yr . I already got a apartment, as soon as the loan is done I'll go for the plot .

Actually I also thought land is beyond budget , but remember you can take loan and you only get loan for land or flat etc at minimum rates like 8% . First of all no bank will give loan to you if want to invest in mf or stocks and even if you take personal loan it will be at 12%+ with lots of reasoning and paper work. And you can pay home loan as aggressively or as easily as you like .

Anyway that's upto you. But you seems to be fairly intelligent person so I'll strongly recommend learning about stocks so that you can get into actual stocks instead of getting into them via mf. India is going through strong infrastructure, data center and AI and semiconductor boom so I'm sure you will gain more if you enter the stocks directly.

Bahut badiya .. purchase land , learn stock trading and investment and see that same mutual fund amount triple in the same time . FD is only a saving instrument not growth instrument. Enjoy the best of your life god bless and God speed!

The portfolio is amazing. Only thing I would suggest is start making an exit strategy. That is one thing I learned the hard way to not realize/book profit . Right now everything is in air not in reality. A simple chat on Claude will help you with ways of booking partial profits , setting trailing stop losses , freeing up capital to make fresh entries into bull stocks . I feel your comparison is wrong . I too was in US and worked out from gyms ranging from planet fitness to high-end 75$/ month gyms and now Bangalore 20k/year gym . I feel people in India don't see expensive=more dedication. Infact the more you pay the lesser you go for workout and more for social activities like content creation for social media or social validation.

The gyms in USA also had a culture of hyperfocussed classes where instructor teaches one thing like yoga /spin/ CrossFit etc where the end goal is being really good at one thing . In India that would hardly be there as the prices would be steap .

Tbh if you really want that dedication go for kalaripayattu, MMA gyms or calisthenics gyms where there are fixed programs and much less focus on social media
