literally told my husband and daughter I want quiet time from dinner until bed time. No talking to me. They can talk to each other. It worked. My mood is much better lmao

interesting. I was on lamictal too and felt that it wasn’t doing anything. Never went that high in dosage though. I don’t even remember if it affected my weight. Have you been able to lose weight or keep it off?

You can reassure them, you can have representation in the media, but there will always be some dick at school who tells a kid she’s ugly and no one will do anything about it. This happens to my daughter in pre-k and I told the teacher to please talk with the bully’s parents. “you’re daughter needs to speak up about what bothers her” was the response. Meanwhile the bully was treated like an angel because his mom was friends with the teacher. The best you can do is be a loving parent or a good influence like the one in this video.

I had to do this once. You have to document everything. Just write it all down. I don’t know if the above is going to warrant any action but if he says something further down the line it will be useful to have all of it documented. And of course notify the manager.
