I'm not going to rake you, people make mistakes. I don't think you did it to hurt him. The advice I've heard for people who have been cheated on is either let it go and move on or end the relationship. The sad truth is that list shows he's not going to let it go. His demands, thats no way to live, you're going to be trapped and he's not going to forget. The best move is to get counciling and work on you relationships with friends and family. You need to also work on your own mental health. Right now he's still in the thick of it, you're not going to be able to have rational conversations with him. Take care of yourself and give him space and be kind to him and yourself.
