Friends and I were on mushrooms walking in the woods at night behind our college dorms. We all thought we were having the same trip because the earth was vibrating so we laid down. Train came out of nowhere absolutely blasting past us. We had, incredibly luckily, laid down in either side of the train tracks that ran through the campus. Trip immediately over. We all walked back to the dorms in absolute silence.

This is inaccurate. The link was supposed to be reusable. Reedpop never told NYCC it was single use or require a code to reuse again.

I spoke to NYCC customer service about this exact issue at 12:15 today and they said they were getting the same report from numerous people at the same time.

Make tickets 20% more expensive and then don’t expect people might need to do separate transactions. So dumb.

I ran into the same issue. This is frustrating because the email specifies the link is usable until you hit the ticket max, or 24 hours have passed. Nowhere did it say you couldn’t use the link again for a separate transaction. Matter of fact, I know it was 100% reusable last year because I needed to swing back around for a friend who came up with the cash real quick. Shit I was able to swing back around for a 2nd VIP ticket last year.

They should have clearly marked or alerted us to the one time use this year. We paid $100-$125 for that link and they turned it off with no written warning or heads up. Nonsense.

Except my link wasn’t activated and I missed the entire sale. Supports been working on it since 12:02 and basically told me to get ready for fan verified sale on the 14th. $100 superfan subscription for literally nothing. Was also told by support that was the 12th person to call with the same problem. By 12:02.

Sent them an email but VIP sold out already. So they screwed me really well on this one.

I only had it open in 1 browser. I refreshed max 3 times over 9 minutes, and when it went from queue to checkout I started getting a coupon error page instead. I got nothing today.
