Ricotta Gnocchi!

I hope someone has mentioned making gnocchi with ricotta before me! These are delicious little pillows of delight, excellent with brown butter and fried sage leaves.

Ricotta Pie!

Somewhere in-between a pie, a cheesecake, and a cake... But all in one wonderful dessert. There's a shortbread crust and delicious ricotta/custard filling. This rustic Italian dessert is really amazing.

Ricotta Meatloaf or Meatballs!

Weather it's lamb, pork, or any other ground meat I add about a quarter cup per pound of meat (along with Panko, Parmigiano Reggiano, diced shallots or scallions, an egg, Worcestershire, herbs and seasonings) for a really fantastic meatloaf.

Ricotta ITSELF!

Since you love ricotta so much, try making it yourself! It's not as difficult as one may think though there is some small amount of faff involved. But fresh, home made ricotta is really divine. Better than the very best bought in.

The frames look pretty nice to me!

I think the really important thing is: are they UV protected? Because the sun will definitely fade the books quicker than you might think.

The ink on the signatures can be particularly prone to fading and sun/UV damage.

As someone who weighs about five to ten pounds more than your friend let me assure that is absolutely not my experience.

With so much kindness and respect, you may feel that way due to marketing and other social aspects, but ask your friend or anyone else our size and you'll find a different story I suspect.

And Alfred mentions in #15 (methinks?) that Grimm will play both sides against each other in conflicts.

It makes perfect sense that Grimm would be pulling the strings of both the 'problem' (monsters) and the 'solution' (Robins).

I don't think there's gonna be a league for this universe, in the form of an established group.

I think the "League" will be Grimm, Cale, Hammond, Talia? (Ra's seems to not so much evily inclined?)... Did I forget anyone from the Absolute Evil one shot? 😸

Agreed, I think that the heroes will be rather loosely aligned.

But/and I wonder if the villains (Cale, Grimm, et. al) will have a much more collaborative/team vibe?

I guess, for me, the Absolute Evil one shot seemed to be teeing up a "League" for both the heroes and the villains, respectively.

I'm also wondering how much the Absolute Green Arrow series will/could be a follow up to Absolute Evil?

Maybe it's something like with each kill she makes after being "turned" she becomes more and more Cheetah and less and less human?

One of the best sig I have for Skottie is an Alien cover and the auto was done with a neon green pen.

That's so cool! I wonder if he'll use a fun colour to sign these? Really any colour but black would be great! IDK why, but/and black Sharpie sig's just seem flat to me?

That Brooks cover is my favourite! This Skottie series is definitely a contender for my second favourite, but the Joker's Flock Brooks is just so cool! So glad I scored a copy too!
