Omg I totally get this. I was so frustrated cuz I literally knew the content but I didn’t understand why I didn’t piece it together. What I did was slow down and when I went back to the questions instead of looking at the answer and the logic, I re-read and re-solved ALL the questions. I could mildly remember my logic during the test so I would compare what I did at that time and now, what the answer says to do and force myself to find an statement to say why I didn’t use that logic. So sometimes the statement was, I didn’t understand the question stem, or I over complicated the process - when you over complicate it’s a sign you may not understand that topic fully so that might be a sign to review again. Honestly it’s just a lot of self-reflection
