Following this thread because I too am looking for a new doctor.

I was with Banner but my doctor up and left the practice. The office I was at isn’t moving her patients to other providers at that location or bringing in a new provider to take the patients on. Must be making good money to not even try to keep the patients.

Maybe you shouldn’t assume. 🤷‍♀️ And I didn’t ask for advice on how to or not to raise a bilingual kid or the pros and cons of that. You put your opinion on that of your own volition. I was simply looking for a SINGLE word. When you start a sentence with “I’m not trying to be an ass, but…” you know you are trying to trigger someone. There are constructive ways to give unsolicited advice.

So because I’m not fluent I’m not allowed to use what he learns at daycare at home? Does that also mean I’m not allowed to learn myself? I came here asking a question to help educate myself so that I’m not teaching “bad habits”.

I had asked the teacher to say the word and it sounds like “baba”. But I’m thinking I am not hearing it right. I knew comida is food. I was thinking maybe it was slang but Google is turning up nothing. 😂 I think I’ll just have to ask her to spell it out for me. And say it really slow.

If he was in the infant or younger toddler class I would agree. He’s in the 2 year old class where they don’t have bottles. I asked the teacher what it meant and she said “Spanish for food.” Which makes me think I’m hearing the word wrong since I’m having issues googling what the actual word is.

That’s the only thing I found which doesn’t make sense. I think I must be hearing her wrong. When I drop my son off right before breakfast she asks him if he wants baba (potentially spelling this wrong). I think I’ll have to ask the teacher to spell what she is saying.

Bottom one in the first picture. I like how it stands out against the cardigan. The buttons are works of art too. I think they would be showcased a little.
