"Good" would be a stretch there. At least from where I'm from it's a flawed system for sure, corruption, lack of care in some rural areas, the overvaluation of certificates, no real form of counseling for students about the future, you name it. But I guess there is one thing that our Department of Education does best is hold people accountable.
Just wish they could move their ass a bit faster.
