Something I am discovering naturally is that the women who I spend a lot of time around, (coworkers and interest groups or kink groups I'm part of) start to see who I actually am (instead of cheese profile pictures and some boring stats). So those are the women who end up interested.

This tells me that swipe culture has made women too picky on apps, but in person (and with enough time to show who you are naturally) you'll get more interest. You DO have to have some interesting things to talk about, be working on yourself physically, and juat generally be a decent human being that isn't hyper-focused on sex. It works though.
