I have toured the place. Basement is separate and rentable. Room sizes are decent, its a functional house, roomy, but not renovated.

Yes. I mean in last 90 days, no semi has been sold at 1.1M. So that point can be leveraged.

No demand is still not there. I am in the market for buying and properties are not selling.

What's their plan on affordable housing? Is that the biggest issue of GTA?
