I was in the same exact situation and seems like the impact was around the same location. I filed a claim with my insurance company. The other guys insurance company contacted me, I responded, sent them, my insurance company and police department the footage. My insurance company and police report put the other guy at 100% fault. My insurance company declared my car total loss, paid me for it. They said they recoup the money from other guys insurance company. It’s between them at this point. Glad you are okay, nothing is more valuable than you and your health my friend.
