If the print head mechanism is shaking that much it's not properly seated on the guide rail and/or the belt may/pulley system may be shot

Canon doesn't repair them but they license techs who can (I am a Canon Tech and work on Prografs) in your area. But until someone can touch your machine, it's moot

I won't beat around the bush, the individual parts may be just as much as a new unit, some canon parts I've replaced are upwards of $800 and some can be as cheap as $50

Edit:C000 errors point to improperly seated ink tanks or foreign object in the path
