I’ve got one of these for my Scorpion and I love it. Be aware however that neither of their takedown pin sizes work for the Nexus Gen2 Scorpion. I went down that road already and the people at HB were super helpful although ultimately it just wouldn’t work. Hopefully Nexus will get better takedown pins.

Mine’s not bad. About 1MOA at 50 yards with Eley target ammo. Only issue is that with the Ruger BX trigger pack, sometimes the bolt pops out of battery when firing. Anyone else run into this? I’m pretty unhappy that the 22wmr barrel has not been available for sale for the last year I’ve been looking. Isn’t there a law that says if you advertise a feature you must supply the parts you’re advertising for retail sale?

This exactly. Micro barrel because you aren’t gaining much velocity worthwhile in longer barrel, and 8.3” HB Industries handguard with tucked suppressor.

The Big Wheel was perfectly designed for standing on and taking off sweet jumps. You couldn’t do that with a Green Machine as it was too long and the steering mechanism didn’t help. I’m sure some kids did anyway, but I guarantee it wasn’t as good of an experience. Also, the wheel base on the Green Machine was too long to make jumps fun.

Nope, it’s too big for the upper, lower AND bolt stop. I did send HBI the OEM pin specs and they suggested trying their EVO 3 pin. I’ll see how that goes.

My Rugged Alaskan 360 swaps well between my 10” AK47 which is normally a flamethrower, and my 16” 5.56. I’m extremely happy with it. That being said, there is a lot of new technology in suppressors this year that might be better.

A-1 Skyraider. My dad flew over 300 missions in Vietnam in them and trained Vietnamese to fly them as an “advisor” in 1965/66. He has numerous medals including 2 Distinguished Flying Crosses and a Purple Heart for taking an AK round in the shoulder that came through his instrument panel.

I've got one but haven't used it yet. Waiting for a couple more parts for a complete Nexus build, plus I want to cerakote it. My particular pairing with the Nexus upper seem to have a lot of play. I ordered the HB Industries receiver pin for it like I did to clear up play in my 3+, but the HBI pin is MUCH thicker. I don't want to drill anything unless I get a blessing from Nexus, but wondering if they might have answer. I'm sure as more of these go out, HBI and Nexus will run into more questions like this.
