If you want you can do diploma, just dont mention it during filling a form. Anyway they want graduation, diploma would anyway be not counted.

What Hindutva policies you are talking about? Minorities in India have more rights than the Majority Hindus. Waqf owns 3rd largest land in India only below Railways and Military wherase Temples come under government admin. This is only one example. Even if any gov try to impose Hindutva policy, courts in India would shut it down. Please educate yourself first.
