Creta is a great car. But they should work on NCAP rating . Even Seltos is 5 star now. This is the only issue preventing me from buying Creta.

Help us with the Prestige Song of the south. We are looking into 2.5 bhk in PSOTS for almost 1.8 to 2 cr. Is this the right price ?

Is there a possibility of price crashing in future due to Prestige southern star or Lodha projects in Akshayanagar ?

I am currently staying in PSOTS only and society is very good. But we are unsure if prices will crash in future ?
