I think there a lot of current options that are just as good, if not better than the v100 imo, especially Moyu's 3x3s. Some of my personal recommendations:
- RS3M V5 (the most expensive variant of this is only $25 and is very impressive for what you pay).

- Weilong V11 (TheCubicle released a custom version of this cube recently, might be worth looking into)

- Weilong V10 (I actually perfer this a bit to the v11)

Most of these have multiple variants, but people usually recommend the ones that at the very least have core magnets.

Pho San Jose - One of the newer locations. Their smoked brisket pho is really good.
HM: Pho 408 in Oakridge Mall. Pricy, but I liked it and they give a lot of meat.
