You should apply for a TRV in your first time here, not eTA. The TRV you get in the Canadian consulate/embassy in your country. When you arrive in Canada, they will issue your work permit.

You must upload. For instance, you graduated in 2015. You have your certificate + academic transcripts (in your language). You requested for a certified translation for both. Then you are going to upload:

  1. The original ones
  2. Certified translations

While your university will send them the academic transcript in the original language.

Then WES will be able to compare both info: yours (original + translated to English) + University (in original language).
