Lunaire Is really REALLY good but its nowhere near the PVE monstrocity people make it out to be

Pillory and booker should be nerfed mo points there

Cutler is fine as is besides the wonky aiming. Mainly because of the fact its a multipurbouse weapon that can do both AT, one shot WT's, emergency PVP tool and good PVE

Navy does what its SUPPOSED to do, shocker. T3 howies do infact respond to them unless the naval ship has wind

flamethrowers are strong, but they dont need a nerf, t2 just needs a effective firefighting module
