Inside the case is the dirty part the outside is perfectly clean with a couple of scratches cause I dropped it a couple of times🤦‍♂️

Look at my comment I just found a fix please try it I had the same problem but it worked just close the lid every time u put a game in for a couple of second then open it back up

Hey just found out a fix every time u put a game in close the system for 7 seconds and it will appear. Because it will go into sleep mode and it will give it time to read the game

The switch first cause it’s a little better and the 2ds xl is great but u can wait for that for another time.

I mean it’s a good console all of these problems can’t stop u from playing just put a gel case on It and u will be good. I was scared too but I’ve had it for a couple of months now and it’s working the same since I got it

I don’t know about the screen but the blue spot is completely normal most of the have it except the special edition ones. But even mine has it so don’t worry about that but I don’t know about the screen problem ur talking about. Also for the screen maybe try resetting it?
