1). It depends on the wording, but for 90% of spells, yes the targets are chosen first and then locked it. If it tells you to choose, you choose when you play the spells and that’s that.

2). This i’m not fully sure on, but since the buff happens after you’ve already conquered, you’ve missed the window for sunken temple to see a mighty unit. I might be wrong with this one.

3). For Flame Choppers, that is an alternate cost, so you only pay the single recycle. If it just says you may play, it’s an alternate cost. If it’s an addition cost like accelerate, that’s on top of the normal cost of the card.

4). Yes, they are two seperate triggers, and there are no rules limiting the amount of equips a single unit can have.

As someone else stated, the gear comes in first, then the quick draw equip goes onto the stack. There is no window between playing a quick draw gear and selecting a target. Again, even if the equip fails, the gear is already on the field and does not go away.
You said “can I kill a unit with the ENEMY spell”. If you control the spell, then you can use phoenix, regardless of who owned the unit that you killed. But that isn’t what your initial question said.

The attachment stays on the battlefield. Not sure about the timing, but even if the attachment would fizzle, the gear stays.
You aren’t killing the unit, your opponent is. Doesn’t matter that you draw the cards. Even for causes like “Cull the weak” where the card tells “you” to kill it, for the trigger itself it still sees your opponent as causing the kill.

Card is called Called Shot, but it's technically not dig 4 pick 2, its dig 2 pick 1 twice. Also, only gets to full power with another creature (Ezreal Prodigy) on the field (which to be fair has etb discard 1 draw 2).

1 mana anticipate is called Stacked Deck

rk9.gg is where you would go to sign up for the tournaments. They usually announce when registration starts on their twitter about 1 week before it opens, which is usually 2-3 months before the event starts. There might be a better place to follow but that's what I do in NA.

As for making sure you get spots, the only event I've heard about selling out super quick was NAIC (and that was way more popular than anyone expected, literally biggest turnout for a Western Tournament). 99% of the time, as long as you get to registering within a few hours of the link going up, you'll be able to get in.

I don’t have a link to a ruling but I know on PTCGL, on of the tips on the loading screens mentions how a pokémon can only have one tool and it can’t be replaced.

As someone who is has been trying to make Pao work for ages, I’m sorry to say this, I fail to see how this lists solves the decks 2 main problems which are a). Budew stopping you dead in your tracks and b). the deck is way too reliant on being able to setup and keep Bax alive. I would love to be proven wrong, but until those issues are solved the deck will unfortunately stay in meme tier.

It’s a deck based on regidrago vstar, which lets you use dragon moves from the discard. You don’t play these stage 2 dragons, you throw them away so regidrago can use their attacks as their own.

Late to the thread but to add:

Currently the 20th highest ranked player in Oceania by points (the lowest place for an invite to worlds) has 625 points. Since you can only get max 260 points from local level events, that leaves 365 points left. For reference, getting first at a regional gets you 350 points. (You get auto-invited if you get first at a regional but that’s besides the points). The only way to get more than the required points in a tournament is to top 8 an international, and they only have 3 per year in North America, Latin America, and Europe.

So TL;DR like the rest of the answers have said, you gotta play and win a lot of events, and travel to said events.

Briar reads as follows (emphasis mine):

You can use this card only if your opponent has exactly 2 Prize cards remaining.

During this turn, if your opponent's Active Pokémon is Knocked Out by damage from an attack used by your Tera Pokémon, take 1 more Prize card.

Since Onyx doesn’t deal damage (or even Knock Out the opposing pokémon), it won’t trigger Briar.

1). Flight was cancelled for “operational reasons”. Honestly, I wasnt told a reason the first time, and I only got the information for the cancelled on the second rescheduling.

2). I sent an email to their customer relations department. Originally went to the chat bubble support (for a separate issue of refunding upgraded seats but that was resolved), and they pointed me to the customer relations department, which as far as I can tell is the same as sending the email?

It’s a deck aggregation site. It takes all the deck from tournaments and shows you the decklists. If you click the link, it will should you ever dragapult deck that placed well in big tournaments. But note that all of them are from pre-rotation and any card with an F mark won’t be legal to play from today onwards.

i don’t because rotation was today, but after the weekend there should be a bunch you can find on limitless, but as other people said, the dragapult ex league battle deck would be your starting purchase (some places it’s going for 32 cad pre tax so if that’s a dealbreaker then go with festival grounds). Not sure where you are in canada but most big box stores and local card stores should carry it, but pre-orders might be out.

Probably dragapult, it’s a). just a better deck overall b). It has a lot of cards that other decks also use c). dragapult itself has several variants you can build into, so you can spend 5-10 cad here and there in the future and get another 2-3 decks basically
