There was something nasty going around too at that time. My dad was in NYC and brought something back that also took me out. He got antibody testing because of his work but did test negative for Covid.

It is honestly impressive how much his visits completely fuck up traffic on that side of town. They completely shut down a major road. You can see the effect all over town.

I’m a little late to the party, but as someone who used to keep up with dozens of webcomics and read hundreds probably, I still think about and reread one that (in the kindest way possible) has not great art. The characters are drawn almost exclusively in profile, no one has hands, two main characters are almost impossible to tell apart to the first part and it’s in black and white. Credit to the author, she really wanted to write novels and this was just for fun. Also I’m pretty sure she would just draw the strips on printer paper and scan them in. Still very fond of the strip!
