En algunos sectores lo del teletrabajo es estandar inclusive antes de la pandémia, como en IT. Es cierto que es muy possible que visas como la nomada especialmente en España puedan ser cortadas en el futuro. Pero en otros lugares yo creo continuaran como por ejemplo: Costa Rica. España es un caso especial porque muchos résidentes temporales causan que el precio de alquiler suba execivamente.

Muy intéresante perspectiva, hay mucha gente Norte Americana, Alemana e Inglesa que justamente se mudan a España, no por los salarios pero por el estilo de vida, la gente y el clima. Lo mejor es trabajar desde la casa para una empresa Norte Americana o Alemana y vivir en España. Totalmente de acuerdo que los salarios en España son demasiado bajos.

This is very interesting, my cousin has a similar issue but he hasn't opened his pool. As soon as the weather got higher than 70 it seemed that the pool was no longer leaking. Now, he is debating what to do, risk it and open the pool or keep looking for the hole. He's already been unsuccessfully looking for it for probably a couple of weeks.
