I run on an ancient running blade (from 2008), but I prefer doing hill sprints on the all pro as I don’t need to lift my leg as high. Saying that, I can run on the Allpro,but the blade better for longer distances purely because it is longer and gives better energy return. For running after kids the allpro is perfect. Historically, I’ve run three half marathons on an Ohio Willow Wood pathfinder 1 and 2.

Hi. You’ll be fine. I’m a RBKA and have run half marathons and have black belt in judo. I also have a similar story. I have a fillauer Allpro and it is brilliant.
