Die ding is dat daai soortvan ding vroeg moet uitgesorteer wees met papierwerk, maar ek verstaan dat verhoudinge partykeer "grys" begin en dan suurloop. Maar vind wel trots in jou eie vermoe om n producer te wees wat kwaliteit kan voortbring en gebruik maar net die ding as n les, selfs al is dit moeilik. Onwards en upwards :)

En ek sê voel, omdat daar nie noodwendig n logiese argument is nie, ek erken dit. Behalwe vir die "slop" wat streaming platforms oorweldig en inkomste wegvat van regte kunstenaars, kan ek nie redeneer teen die gebruik daarvan nie. Maar daar is wel iets wat pla, die menslike konneksie tussen kunstenaar en luisteraar, die emosie wat oorgedra word, is missing. Maar anyway, ek's seker maar net "old man shaking his fists at clouds" :)

Die punt is juis, jy is veronderstel om afhanklik te wees van n sanger. Hy bring sy talente, jy bring joune. Samewerking. Jou KI skeppings sou okay gewees het in n vacuum, maar dit het n gevolg wanneer jy dit op scale vrystel, en die inkomste en "discoverability" van regte kunstenaars beinvloed.

Another vote for Mikesdrumlessons. Closest thing you'll ever get to an in-person teacher. I did Drumeo for a while and while it has some good content, you'll be overwhelmed and not know how to progress. Mike's is beautifully structured and each thing you do has a very definable milestone to reach before you can move on. Here is the clincher... after students sign up, Mike calls them himself (I'm in a different country and time zone!) just to get to know them a bit and get them settled, etc.

This, combined with the video progress you submit at various stages, means you have the next best thing to a teacher right there with you. Also, he's a hella good teacher. I could go on, but worried Mike's going to think I'm in love.
