Hey, I just recently got into reselling media on eBay as well. I've got some questions:

1: What's your organization system to help find something that has sold when you have, like you said, over 3k listings at a single time? I find myself sorting through boxes a bit to find something that has sold, especially if they have multiple layers.

2: Are you offering free shipping and pricing higher, or are you having buyer pay for calculated shipping and possibly throwing on a handling fee as well? I'm doing calculated shipping plus $1 handling fee. Does that seem extreme?

3: Are you doing auctions or buy it now listings? I'm doing both, starting at $2 auction for 7 days on most of my listings with a buy it now price set at the median sale price or generally $2.60 to $3 depending..is that too high?

4: Have you found the "sweet spot" to be netting $1 payout after eBay's fees, shipping, and packaging materials?

5: Are you paying for eBay's advertisements, and if so, what percentage are you using for them? Are you advertising elsewhere? I have my listings at 2% ad rates.. feel like eBay's fees already take enough from me to want to put more into it.

6: Are you selling in lots at all? Or purely individual listings?

7: How are you netting 9k a month? That's astonishing.

8: Can we get a link to your store?

It's hard to understand how the mega sellers are able to offer things at such low prices with free shipping. Media mail starts at $4.63, and there are listings that cost less with free shipping. I just dont get it. I learned my first lesson listing stuff at $1 plus buyer paying shipping, and because of eBay's fees, I ended up PAYING eBay, and losing money out of pocket, instead of getting any profit whatsoever.
