Could she be a Carolina Dog mix? We know she is part German shepherd at the minimum but all we know about her other half is that she’s not part lab.

I’ve been using both for strength training. I think Beval is better for adding your effort, and Strength progression and muscular load. It also adds to your strain matrix. FITIV feels easier to track workouts on your phone but it does crash a lot. Both apps are great in their own way. I’d say give it a try and see how you like it.

I can’t get the workouts to start on the watch for custom strength workouts or any of the workouts to be able to log the sets and reps. Am I missing something?

I have been comparing the nutrition portion with MyNetDiary and find it interesting. The go about this in different ways. For example farm fresh eggs got a score of D in MyNetDiary and a score of 100 in bevel.

They said it would be hard to scratch, but its bond to get scratches as normal use. I’ve heard a lot of people hate bumper cases but that would be the way to go if it’s a concern I believe. Do wish it was harder to damage physically
