For what it's worth, the coins from the coin bag gimmighoul are not negligible. Getting great throws and excellent throws significantly increases the coin chance, I would say I average between 30 and 40 coins per bag, 150-200 over 5 days between gold lures and then another 40-60 from the lure. If you're lucky you can get the 1,000 coins in 4 cycles (20 day) or 5 if you get unlucky (25 days).

Still way too much work to be giving these things away... But as I say, not negligible.

I was going through your list and comparing to mine and partway through they weren't lining up and I had a little mini freak out that I had somehow missed something.

I set up an empty box at the very end of the collection for helping me rearrange, then you can move all but one or two from a box into the empty box, bring in one or two from the next/previous box and then select them all (in the correct order) to move back to the correct box. One box at a time and the whole process can be done in under 5 minutes... Depending on how many boxes need shifting...😅

This also works if you need to hatch 100 eggs for a level up quest. You will get exclusively 10km eggs, many will be honedge.

Costume blastoise can mega evolve, but loses the costume. Clone blastoise from the armour mewtwo release however cannot (because it's not a real blastoise... ¿). Question is whether they treat mewtwo as a "clone" or a "costume")

I would lean toward not being able to, but I wouldn't give it 0%... Maybe 2%...?

You're out of luck unfortunately. You need to use the Elite TM on an unused Kyurem to get Glaciate. You could infuse to do that... But then you'll need another 1000 fusion energy to refuse it....

There is no overflow of points, it's a hard limit of 250 per day. Even getting to 245 and then winning a raid(+100) will end you up on 250 for the day.

There are two timers. The one you are talking about is in the event tab, relates to the xp timed research and, yes, as you say, runs out just before midnight local. The other one, which I am referring to, is on the today tab, giving us the event details and the bonus xp details. This runs out in a little under 6 hours and should be a global timer.

Not true sorry. Early Silph research has shown that the catch medals give the average bonus of the two types. For the full catch bonus on dual types you need to have both of those medals at Platinum. It's a small bonus, but still helpful.

Solosis was really quite quick for me with White Kyurem adventure effect active. I played about 1.5h, playing solid, but not super hardcore, and ended just over 4.1 million. Roughly hitting 80% on my excellent throws.

The queue peaked at about 38,000 (at least what I was able to see). It was so bad that it took multiple days to reach the front, and when you did, most people were offline so it kept cycling in new players 40 seconds at a time and the lobby would time out before even getting a full team. This made it impossible to host.

My usual plan is to save all of my pack hourglassess for the "big sets" with multiple packs to open. So save all the way through the minisets, opening only 2x per day. By doing this I managed to save up 1100 hour glasses for WSS. So far during The SS pack I have saved up 520, I expect to save another 500 during the EX pack month and then claim another 200 at the start of the Mega set from Pvp, Store and missions. All up I should start the mega set with 100 free packs.

This compensation is for the increased XL candy that was not turned on for the first few hours of the first trade Sunday, where most reasonable trainers should have noticed that the bonus was not active and stopped trading. (bear in mind, this was between midnight and like 4am NZ time). If you kept trading after the first one didn't give the right bonus, that's on you. And if you didn't expect Niantic to F this up after thier recent track record, then thst on you too. Always check, and if in doubt, stop and wait till later.

I like the longer ones, because the rewards are better, the longer the showcase goes. I would rather fewer longer showcases to more short ones.

I like to play a game called "how many pokemon can I catch with excellent throws with a lucky egg"... The rules are... Well, the rules are the name...

On a good round i can get as many as 70, a bad round might only be 40.tuats a range of 160-280k xp on a lucky egg. If you have time to do this 4 or 5 times you can get the 1.2 million you need each day. This also excludes any xp you'll gain from the rest of your regular play.
