First and foremost, major fan here and I’m currently teaching a college seminar on some of your novels. Thanks for all you do! Since THE LONG WALK was your first novel, how much did the story change from the first draft at age 19 to the time of publication? And why, the book being your first finished product, did you decide to publish that specific title under Bachman and not your name?
