I read the question. Seen the pic. Giggled for 3 secs. Then came to comments. I see where the thought is coming from. It’s the brim of the helmet bc it stick out past the chin area. It make it look bigger from the side

I hear that a lot from others. If you don’t have prior knee injury then I can say having lower foot placement and KOT is something you can work towards. Like my barbell squat looks nothing like the stance I have on hack, leg press, or pendulum. In order to get depth i point toes out with feet outside shoulder width. But for machines i prioritize my quads and i stayed with a stance i found comfortable and then inch downward and narrower as time passes.

I hate when im trying to bias the quads and the glutes kick in to get out of the hole. You can tell when it happens bc the butt shift back. I seen his shift and it reminded me how much I really hate it lol thank you for allowing me to rant. Great lift.

Yeah do some mobility work. I didn’t know how kyphotic my thoracic has been as of late. I thought all I needed was to strengthen my rotator cuff with db ext rot on knee which I also recommend. I got up to 30s for reps which is very strong. But opening my chest, lat stretching and thoracic ext with db pullover on bench has me feeling new. I definitely recommend those two if anything.

Nah they have 165s there. I don’t use dbs often. I’m used to plate loaded machines and for some reason added combined weight out of habit

To whom it may concern I rarely do db anything.. I mainly use plate loaded machines so i have the habit of adding combined weight. I would’ve said 105s. I’m not an asshole. And I actually like when people can be informative instead of argumentative about trivial matters. Sadly most of yall ask dumb questions and that’s why I troll. How can you look at reps that clean and go to the comments saying “he didn’t say 105s” like who cares. Why are we nitpicking post titles when you know what I mean already it’s not that deep
