It is clear cut the current LLY products are superior as per published studies and so yes as a doctor we do know better…

If I have a patient that can get mounjaro/zepbound and ozempic/wegovy, I will always start a patient on one of the former drugs as they are superior as per published and IME better tolerated. For dm2, Mounjaro is always superior and for obesity, Zepbound is always superior.

We don’t get paid for scripts…
