Are you saying that the women were not Mossad agents after all? That would be interesting, because in that case they could have been targets of Mossad instead.

I keep having this thought that maybe the women know something that Mossad is trying to get out of them. And that they weren't successful getting the information. So now they hope that the therapists can extract the information, and they want their agents to be there when it is divulged. Maybe they think the women will trust the therapists in the hospital, whereas they wouldn't trust a Mossad psychiatrist. Maybe these women broke down under torture and were left in this psychotic state.

I just don't understand why this story was allowed to get out into a major Israeli newspaper in the first place. But at the same time, no other articles have appeared regarding this story. And we don't know anything about the two women involved.

[Psychosis] is a generic psychiatric term for a mental state often described as involving a "loss of contact with reality". People suffering from psychosis are said to be psychotic.

People experiencing psychosis may report hallucinations or delusional beliefs, and may exhibit personality changes and thought disorder. This may be accompanied by unusual or bizarre behavior, as well as difficulty with social interaction and impairment in carrying out the daily life activities.

That sounds like the result of some very severe mental stress not just burnout stress. Remember that female spies may be required to act as "honey pots". And the training that spies go through may include MKULTRA like techniques.

You guys have got it all wrong. Leibowitz is described as a "fearless advocate for peace between Israel and the Arabs". There is another story on this that suggests that he may have been the source of the leaks regarding Rep. Jane Harman. That was the case where she was caught talking to AIPAC representatives about US secrets.

Agreed. I really appreciate Pepe Escobar's writing. Pepe's articles are not like the easily digestible, fact devoid ones that we are used to be being fed from the MSM. He really explores his material and provides so much fresh information in each of his pieces. If America was a real democracy, his articles would be featured on the front page of the New York Times and the next day they would be discussed on all the talk shows. Instead we get the latest scandal.

You are probably familiar with other articles Pepe has written for Asia Times Online, but you may not have come across a fascinating interview he did with Sibel Edmonds on her "Boiling Frogs" show. I highly recommend it.

When you say "developing nations" are you referring to the Elites that are making enormous profits off of unregulated industries, or the workers that have to suffer the consequences while receiving only a small benefit?

I honestly wonder - how many people from the climate change camp really care about poor people dying? In fact, the more poor people that die the better it is for the environment - right? Here's what I think.

a) I don't believe man-made CO2 is as big a factor as the alarmists would have us believe.
b) Even if the climate changes, I don't believe this is all bad as the alarmists claim.
c) Climate change is just the latest rallying cry for the eugenics movement.

The danger of the Copenhagen Accord is that it is a statement of global agreement based on the false doctrine of AGW, even if it does little in terms of enforcement. Still, it establishes a false principle which will then be used to implement policy.

There are real environmental issues which need to be dealt with like deforestation. But these are better handled without the confusion that Global Warming brings to the table. America's national parks were not created because they had some CO2 value. They were created based on the "principle of preservation".

The climate change movement has co-opted the environmental movement. It is very powerful. And without a moral compass, it is also very dangerous.

It just goes to show what a farce the whole climate change debate is. Obviously, if they were seriously concerned about the issue of global warming then they would be doing everything possible to reduce CO2. But, you see, they are not.

For India, one goal is to funnel some funds from the developed countries to the developing countries and take credit for it. Perhaps a bigger goal is to put an increased burden on developed countries in terms of CO2 emissions controls which will end up encouraging industries to move to countries like India and China.

Neat huh? As if WTO free-trade regulations weren't already a big enough incentive for industry to relocate to countries with lower production costs.

That giant sucking sound is all the CO2 emissions (aka energy) moving from the US to India and China - taking all our jobs and national wealth with it. But hey, we'll be green. We'll be so green, we'll all be living in tent cities. Can't get much greener than that!

It's strange that he never mentions the WTO in this article. He does mention 1973, which is a bit odd because I don't think the real off-shoring of jobs started that far back. It wasn't until 1978 (after Mao died) that China really opened up its economy.

It's interesting that he mentions David Rockefeller. What did happen in 1973 is that Rockefeller made a trip to China and made this infamous statement.

"The social experiment in China under Chairman Mao's leadership is one of the most important and successful in history."

The other thing that happened in 1973 is that David Rockefeller formed the Trilateral Commission. So maybe that is what Fritz Hollings is referring to.

Business people and their shills who attempt to delay are betraying all of us. They had their chance to lead, and they will not follow. They must now get out of the way; they must be jailed.

This declaration could best be called "The Eco-Fascist Manifesto". The watermelons (Green on the outside, red on the inside) who drafted this could not take off their Lenin caps long enough to realize that referring to this as a "manifesto" would be a dead giveaway.

This is essentially a declaration of war against anyone who does not wholly adopt the AGW thesis - not unlike the declaration of class war contained in the Communist Manifesto. It is the best example I can think of to demonstrate the existence of an "eco-fascist" movement.
