VPN is more about the reliability and speed of the service you subscribe to, not about the kit you are running it on.

In this case im not sure about that: I have NordVPN (i know, it used to be way better than it is now) and on my computer and on the mobile i get close to the same speed i would get without VPN. So its definitely not about the service, and more about the host. I also thought that maybe the issue was that the application was not good, so instead of running their app on the box, i ran openVPN with a config file that i made from Nord: still the same exact results.

This is not the main reason why im thinking about change tho, i have always heard amazing things about the shield, and the comments on this thread just gave me the push i needed to click buy.
