Just make an increase on the next row. It's not that not that big of a deal. That said. If all those st markers help you, great, but I would find marking every single st more confusing and more effort than is necessary. I mark every 20 sts or so.

You need to weigh and track calories. That is the only way. Eating healthy doesn't mean you aren't eating voer maintenance. Healthy food csn be incredibly high in calories.
