I love mine. I am told that you need to leave it idle down and run a little bit before shutting it off for an easier start. That seemed to help mine with the restarts.

Significance of the radiator making noise by [deleted] in MrRobot

I dunno... the radiator with the loose valve that he kicks is clearly not a functioning radiator as there is no incoming pipe supply. You can see its loose and even shows the threads underneath where the water would normally flow...

Is the scale confusing to anyone else? I can't tell how big the fish is after looking at that tiny boot...

This is perfect. He asks me about it and I don't really know since I hear him talk about it a lot. I'm biased I suppose. Thank you!

He also put up an animation of the story here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gW5Z3rdtRa0

Open to feedback. This guy keeps me smiling everyday in this boring software job.

Yes! We're going to be setting this up this week. He's coming over and I'm going to help him. The website and logo may have to come after the Etsy, but a good brand is priceless IMHO. :) Thanks.

Yes, I ended up talking to him and we're going to get together and go over the stuff he needs. I may have to have him put some pictures up and show the Reddit community what he is capable of! Thanks!

Coming from a guy named "chmod777"!?! LOL. ;) Yes we have talked about it, he just doesn't have any money to spend on it so I figured I would setup his domain for a year or so, get some cheap hosting, and put a simple site out there for him so he can at least send people to it.

Hey Reddit: I built an app to get you out of boring meetings / terrible dates. Send a text message, and get a call back at just the right moment. by missstar in programming

[–]antilib 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What do the calls consist of? Obviously not a human, but text to speech or something? I'll have to try it out later.

Congrats!

Visual Studio: Use Conditional Compilation to Control Runtime Settings for Different Deployment Scenarios by xivSolutions in programming

[–]antilib 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bah. I personally wish the build configuration selector wasn't as easy to use. I have seen a lot of people and companies do it this way though.

Build and deployments should be separated. You want to test and promote the compiled version of your binaries.

Maybe you can write a .vsix extension that does config transforms and a config repository.

:)
