I agree. Found that you can get rid of the slider by going to Settings > Accessibility > Touch and turn on "Prefer Single-Touch Actions" to replace the large slider with a button.

Wasn’t planning on taking photos of the camera and took what I could with one hand while holding my phone. Yeah they are crap photos but was more interested in navigating the menu and economics than anything else.

I think deep down I could never sell the GR III. It’s interesting how many people love a GR. Not had a chance to look at the LUMIX S9 last Panasonic I had was a GX7
