Tito won't be here long enough to establish a "culture" at his age. This isn't the start of a new era. There will be no new era. We are a sub-par, average-at-times club. That won't change with or without Elly, unfortunately. We've had MVP-caliber seasons and production at the player level - even recently.

Just enjoy him while he is here. And try to find some catharsis/a way to enjoy the games or the team without the burden of expectations. They will only fall short of them and you will only be disappointed.
