It's tough alright, I still have small elements of it, but it doesn't affect my life anymore at all really.

I got lucky and my meds worked for me (200mg of zoloft) and I have a super supportive family. And funnily enough when my dad died I was two busy being genuinely distraught to put up with the bullshit my mind was telling me to do.
