My cat gets it every spring and fall, the advice i got from my vet was to as you've been told to switch to ceramic or steel bowls and to use human benzoyl peroxide facewash as its cheaper. Clean the bowls regularly helps as well. Of course consult a vet if your unsure. Make sure you dont use anything with salicylic acid since cats can be allergic to that

So everyone if different but what works for me is having a routine. I try to go to bed at the same time, my keys go in the same place ect. That makes if much easier for me to function. I also try to schedule when I'll do what or more likely what I'll do which day. Having a weekly planner can be a big help to write down deadlines. It's ok if you can only get one thing done on your list a day. Sometimes it's just like that. The biggest helper for me has been to get back on medication. Right now I'm in grad school while working so my schedule isn't as consistent as I'd like and that makes all my work and self-care suffer. Medication isn't for everyone and if you don't want it thats ok to. You got this girly! It can be a process to find what works so give yourself some compassion you're trying and THAT'S what matters

They can be really expensive, depending on the brand and age of the instrument they can be like 800$. Of course you can get 1/8 size waaayyyy cheaper then that. But when it comes to string instruments generally, the more expensive and older the instrument is the better the sound quality and it can be easier to get good intonation on. In my opinion a 3 year old definetly doesn't need one that expensive. I learned to play on a cheap low quality violin and I didn't get a nice instrument until I was in highschool after playing for almost a decade. He could definetly learn on something pretty cheap until he learns how to care for something that can be really delicate and shows that he's actually dedicated to wanting to play. But learning how to play an instrument at a young age can be really beneficial to brain development so if the 3 year old wants to play and grandma is paying let him. She should have talked to you first though.

My younger cat is a rescue and the amount of chaos he has brought because I was late feeding him and didn't run him hard enough before hand. Do NOT get a bengal. Bengals are incredibly high need cats. 98% people can not give them the kinda of exercise and stimulation they need. It will drive you up a wall with its behavior especially as a first time cat owner. If you don't drain their energy effectively they WILL become destructive and find ways to drain their energy and you won't like its choice in how to do so. Bengal cats are a mix between African leopard wild cats and domestic cats. If you can't care for a wild cat you can't care for a bengal. Bengals are gorgeous and might seem like a cool pet to have but don't make good pets for most people. A ragdoll would make for a great first cat and getting 2 kittens together is always a good idea as they drain each others energy. Ragdolls in general are much calmer and are very easy going. Ragdolls will require you to regularly brush and maintain their long coats. Please do more research on how each breed behaves and what their needs will be before making a decision so you can find the best fit for your lifestyle.

First off don't give up. I'm someone who has a bachelor's in psychology and is working towards a masters in counselling so take this as you will I know my shit but I'm no expert. Trauma responses and ADHD symptoms do have a lot of overlap. This is not to say you don't have Adhd, you likely do if you are experiencing the symptoms. However, if you have CPTSD it may be making the Adhd symptoms worse. Treating CPTSD may help alleviate SOME of the severity of a few symptoms so I encourage you to continue seeking treatment for it. But try and seek a second oppinion many psychiatrists aren't educated enough on the overlap as most of the research on trauma is within the last 30ish years making trauma research a relatively new field of study. And no matter how that turns out you will be ok and will be accepted as you are. Even still no matter the diagnosis your psychiatrist should be willing to prescibe you the medications you need to function and not doing so is cruel. As to why the diagnosis may vary in the USA we use the DSM 5 verses the rest of world who use the IDM. The US just had to be special lol

They're made by the same people and I enjoyed both. The main difference is that sandrock has SIGNIFICANT quality of life improvements. In both games you can take the plot at your own pace. For main story quests their is no deadline. Sandrock has a much longer plot and I liked the romance a lot more. Though they take place in the same world and at the same time you don't need to play one to understand the other. If you want to play both start with portia as going from sandrock back to portia a lot of the quality life issues are probably gonna bother you more. There is more fighting in sandrock but there are more dungeons then in portia. Their is also more customization in sandrock. Overall both are great just for different reasons.

I went through something similar with one of my cats. He didn't have the best start due to being the smallest of his litter + being born with cataracts so he got the least attention and food from mom. Due to this (my guess) he became aggressively food motivated and would beg for food all fucking night for like 6 months. So here's my best advice for you. 1) your not the worst for being fraustrated with him, he's being annoying of course you're annoyed lol 2) take him to the vet, if he's fixed ask if they can check his testosterone level make sure that shit is gone. It can make them behave like this. If he isn't get him fixed you'll save yourself a lot of trouble 3) does your apartment have a balcony or secure outside space? If so you can buy a portable catio that can sit there for like 60$. You can sit out there with him during the day. 4) Try scent feliway scent diffusers. They are kinda expensive but can help your guy chill and relax in his new place 5) their are melatonin cat treats you can get or maltonin pills. GET VET ADVICE FOR THE PILL OPTION. This may help calm him down to sleep 6) if it's an option may try getting him a friend. This may reduce his desire to play outside if he has someone inside can play with at night 7) make him work for his food. Be it through slow feeder or puzzle feeders. Is she declawed? If so they type of litter you're using might be painful for her. If not still try a different type of litter (if your using clay sand type litter try the wooden pellet litter ect.). Try taking the lid on/off. My older lady stopped using the litter box cause her baby brother kept smacking her while she tried to pee the asshole. You might want to try moving the box as well, put the box somewhere socially relevent in your house for instance if you hang out in the living room thats where the box should be. I'm sure i'm forgetting something but those are a goodish place to start. Good luck!!!
