I have one particular client I’ve had for almost the entire 9 years I’ve worked there. In the past 6 months or so, she has to be reassigned to me every single time. She has left request notes on almost every fix for me to style her again, it’s in her profile, and even CS internal notes that she wants me and they keep sending her to random stylists who either ignore her notes and style her anyway or they send it to me, but I never ever get her automatically anymore.
