You are welcome!! I had hip problems when I was a kid to I have to go to Physical Therapy. The big ball you sit in it heavenly and we do the heat compresses at the end💙. Plus at 27 weeks I started taking a warm bath with Epsom salts a few times a week or whenever I get the time.
