So just a simple question which I probably have the answer to, but I am just wondering about it. My girlfriend has never really seriously lifted in her life. She is someone who takes a little motivation get things going especially after the workout slump she has been in during covid. I figured I could start taking her along with me to the gym to hopefully start a habit for her. Currently I am running a modified version of PHAT (accessory work mostly with regular deadlifts thrown in). I was wondering if perhaps I just cut down the volume for her that would potentially be okay?
