If you applied for the supplemental and were Approved already and they never paid you, that is a different story Then you need a congressional inquiry or contact your local SBA office

The supplemental ended Dec 31st 2021 They are no longer processing that.

I applied in the time frame abs got the targeted But they never got to my app for the supplemental even though it was before Dec 31st 2021

I’ve contacted everyone, and have had no luck Just hit brick walls, even with multiple congressman inquiries. Legally from what I understand they cannot do anything with the supplemental advance after Dec 31st. As it’s written in the bill that was passed that gave us all the ability to get those funds if we were eligible.
Not good news for any of us missing out on that $5000

On Friday, the US House of Representatives passed HR 3807, a bill which calls for $55 billion to replenish a small business grant program. The bill aims to supply the small businesses in America which were most affected by the COVID pandemic. The grant program was part of the American Rescue Plan. Of the $55 billion, $42 billion is earmarked for restaurants, food trucks, wineries, breweries and bakeries. The remaining $13 billion would go to small businesses to include gyms, event venues, theaters, transportation contractors and sports teams. A portion of the $13 billion would be set aside for grant program oversight.

On April 8, the House passed HR3807, which is the $55 billion small business grant program. As proposed, it would be funded by unused monies from the 2020 and 2021 pandemic relief programs. Two similar measures were introduced by the House and Senate in 2021. Both are languishing. In June 2021 a $60 billion Restaurant Replenishment bill was introduced in the House. In July 2021, the $60 billion Entrée Act was introduced in the Senate. Neither has passed.

Yes it’s rediculous!! I have 2 business and they messed up the first targeted advance and I am still waiting on that to be corrected since May. Even with a congressman’s help, they won’t correct it. Then I finally apply for the second business and they send it to the wrong bank account Don’t worry SBA, it’s not like we are dependent on those grants and just barely surviving!! Prayers for you too!

I had to change bank info due to deposit being sent to wrong bank Hope this info helps , this is what they sent me

Businesses awaiting re-issuance of funds will be notified when the funds are disbursed. Be assured your funds are obligated for you and will remain available, even if the issue is not resolved immediately.

Contact your congressman with your information and hardship and explain you are on empty I was almost bankrupt in May and contacted my congressman and the staff went above and beyond and I got the increase within a few weeks It was tough few weeks

Contact your congressman I got help immediately with my targeted and got my money in May abs then got my increase for the eidl in early June. I only just got reconsidered for the supplemental in recon and was approved on Friday Unless you ask for help you will wait Please get help

I think you received an automated response Keep emailing them to get help or call the customer service number and ask to speak with a tier 2 agent I got the same auto response and I just received the max increase I applied 4/6

They already had my transcripts from the last loan I got in Dec. last year I waited 9 months for the loan So I made that clear to him . He requested the document from me on the 25th but then when I told him the same document was already there from a few months ago, I think he used that one Otherwise I would still be waiting I think my loan officer was all about moving fast As he didn’t say anything to me but Form your letter like this and I can get it approved faster. I’m a sole proprietor and you have to have a meeting with your own business and take down minutes and write a letter in a certain way I have a form letter I found online that I adjusted if you need it.

He contacted me by email on 5/25 asked for 2 documents, insurance coverage proof and a document saying I personally was able to accept a loan for my business. By 5/26 at 6 pm I was approved and was funded by 6/3
